The role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the world. You will be joining a global team of professionals in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and technical excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

Core responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a variety of on-chain and off-chain projects, ranging from smart contracts and SDKs to utility programs and front-end tools.
• Collaborate closely with our business development and sales teams to help define our product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Act as a mentor for junior team members while setting high standards for software design, documentation, and community engagement.

Skills and experience

• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale or safety-critical systems.
• Proficiency or a strong interest in working with Rust, Solidity, Python, and TypeScript.
• Excellent technical communication skills in English, as you will frequently interact with both internal team members and the external developer community.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing DeFi market.
• While prior blockchain experience is a bonus, we are happy to support your growth and learning on the job.
• A willingness to participate in periodic on-call rotations to ensure system reliability.
