The role

We are looking for Junior Software Engineers to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an evergreen opportunity designed to connect us with talented developers who are passionate about game development and the Roblox platform. Core responsibilities

• Develop and launch new features that provide daily entertainment for millions of players.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Roblox Lua.
• Collaborate with producers, artists, and designers to build immersive and engaging game systems.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. We require at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Roblox development. You should be comfortable working with game engines, scripting languages, and version control systems like GitHub. Familiarity with Discord for team communication is also essential. A background in game jams, modding, or professional software development is considered a strong asset, as is a degree in computer science or a related field.
