We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us advance Metaflow, the human-centric machine learning framework we originally developed at Netflix. Our platform is now used by thousands of organizations, including Adobe, Goldman Sachs, and Porsche, to streamline the delivery of real-world machine learning projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance our product to help enterprises successfully adopt and utilize Metaflow.
Contribute to complex infrastructure projects that support data science and machine learning workflows.
Apply thoughtful product design to solve real-world engineering challenges.
Collaborate with a high-performance team to shape the future of the machine learning industry.

Must-haves

Significant experience contributing to non-trivial infrastructure projects.
Deep understanding of the internal workings of Unix-like operating systems.
Strong grasp of computer performance characteristics and the ability to optimize systems for speed and efficiency.
Professional proficiency in English.

Benefits

The salary range for this full-time, remote position is $150,000 to $250,000, plus equity.
