The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be a vital part of our engineering efforts, focusing on the triage and remediation of issues within our software products. You will not only resolve technical challenges but also develop enhancements that make our platform more robust. Your work will directly impact how our customers interact with our tools, ensuring that they have the reliable, real-time data they need to make life-changing decisions for their patients.

A day in the life

• You will investigate software issues using our observability tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to replicate and understand complex problems.
• You will implement high-quality fixes to our code and configuration while creating comprehensive test suites to ensure our solutions remain stable.
• You will maintain and improve our technical documentation, ensuring that our team and our support partners have the resources they need to identify and solve problems efficiently.

Who you are

You are a problem solver at heart who thrives on technical challenges and values clear communication. You have a strong background in software systems and cloud computing, and you take pride in delivering thoroughly tested, high-quality work. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in English and brings the following technical expertise:

• Proficiency in SQL, Rails, JavaScript, Angular, AWS, and New Relic.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• An extraordinary sense of curiosity and the tenacity to see complex issues through to resolution.
• Bonus points if you have experience with React, Java, or familiarity with EHR and Claims data.
