Since our founding in 2018, we have helped organizations launch and scale payment experiences using our unified API for fiat and stablecoins. About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work across our entire stack to build the APIs and financial workflows that power global money movement. You will join a culture that prioritizes long-term maintainability and fault-tolerant design, working with a modern tech stack that includes Ruby on Rails, React, Postgres, Redis, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features, working either independently or within small, collaborative teams.
• Take full ownership of core system components, ensuring they are maintained and scaled effectively.
• Engage deeply with the payments industry to help shape project requirements and technical direction before development begins.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for building robust systems. Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• A genuine interest in full-stack development, spanning backend architecture, database management, and frontend user experience.
• A proven track record of collaborating with team members to successfully ship significant features.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and Postgres is highly preferred.
• Prior exposure to financial software, banking infrastructure, or cryptocurrency systems is a plus.
