We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Our company acts as a bridge between top-tier technology firms and elite engineering talent around the world. With a strong presence across LATAM, the USA, and Europe, we specialize in building custom remote engineering teams that help our clients tackle complex technical challenges. Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our machine learning inference engine by managing system integration, testing, and thorough documentation.
- Take ownership of high-complexity tasks and provide architectural guidance to support both current and future project goals.
- Collaborate on software design and proactively identify potential project risks through independent research and technical analysis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid technical foundation and the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment. We require the following qualifications:
- Proven professional experience working with C++ or Python.
- Hands-on experience using Bazel or Blaze build tools.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- A strong ability to contribute to technical design discussions and solve complex problems independently.
- While not required, it is a plus if you are proficient in JavaScript or have experience working with Protobuf.
