The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team as we scale our impact. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our flagship learn-to-read application, moving beyond our validated MVP to create a truly transformative experience. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex technical challenges, shape our development culture, and contribute to a product that will change the educational landscape for children everywhere. You will work closely with our founding team to iterate rapidly, uphold high standards for code quality, and help us build a world-class engineering organization.

A day in the life

• You will design and build engaging educational games that prioritize accelerated learning outcomes over traditional, passive screen time.
• You will dive deep into performance profiling to ensure our applications run smoothly and provide a delightful experience for our youngest users.
• You will collaborate with our team to define our core engineering values and ship high-quality features that directly influence how children learn to read.
