What you bring

We are searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Germany or Portugal and operates in a hybrid environment. You will be instrumental in building our infrastructure, focusing on the following core responsibilities:

• Developing a cutting-edge, real-time cross-selling platform.
• Managing the backend systems that drive our user-facing applications, specifically advancing our gRPC-based microservice architecture.
• Ensuring the highest quality standards across our codebase through active participation in code reviews.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a collaborative professional with a strong technical background in Go and a passion for building resilient, scalable systems. We look for candidates who have solid experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and backend testing. You should be comfortable working within Agile methodologies and possess the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English. While we value technical expertise, we also prioritize problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
