What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, designed for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of complex technical challenges. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our engineering efforts and our customers' real-world needs.

What will you do?

• Partner directly with our customers to gain a deep understanding of the challenges they face, both before and after we implement our solutions.
• Investigate technical hurdles and design robust, scalable solutions while contributing your own ideas to help shape our product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with our core engineering team for technical support and work alongside our commercial colleagues to navigate high-scale projects and client interactions.

• A strong background in engineering, with a degree in a field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical position.
• A flexible mindset that allows you to learn new technologies quickly and identify the right tools for the job.
• The ability to take initiative and see features through from initial design to final delivery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
• A willingness to travel to visit customers globally, which will account for approximately 10% of your time.
