What is this role?

We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Korea. At Channel, we do not believe in being tied to a single tech stack. Instead, we prioritize engineers who can learn quickly and solve complex problems. You will be placed into a Backend, Frontend, or Mobile team based on project needs, though you will have the flexibility to transition between teams and projects as you grow with us.

• Collaborate across diverse teams to gain a broad understanding of various technologies and contribute fresh ideas.
• Apply creative and flexible thinking to choose the optimal technology for the specific requirements of each project.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone who is a true problem solver and excited to find answers to questions that have never been solved before. You should be fluent in Korean and possess the following qualities:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience using one or more programming languages.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
• A knack for rapid debugging and troubleshooting.

Bonus points if you hold a Master's or PhD in a relevant technical field.
