Soluna is looking for a Software Engineer
At Soluna, we transform surplus renewable energy into global computing resources to make green energy a powerful, scalable tool. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote team and help us build the future of our site control systems and data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain Maestro, our proprietary control system for data centers.
- Enhance our software development lifecycle, including testing, configuration management, and deployment practices.
- Collaborate with our product team to create data products that support internal operations.
- Manage and improve our cloud infrastructure.
- Work across a diverse technical stack to solve complex engineering challenges.
Must-haves
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, with a focus on Elixir, Python, and NodeRed.
- A strong desire to master Elixir, the BEAM, and OTP.
- Experience managing AWS cloud operations.
- A track record of developing and maintaining mission-critical software.
- A commitment to high-quality code, testing, and validation.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working with Elixir.
- Familiarity with graph databases and GraphQL queries.
