We are a team that sets ambitious goals and supports one another in achieving them, and we are currently looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our high-performance team and help us reach the next level.

What you bring

As a mid-level contractor working remotely from anywhere, you will serve as a core member of our technology department, which is the largest and most vital part of our agency. You will focus on building best-in-class digital experiences using modern front-end frameworks and a robust tech stack that includes React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS, Git, WordPress, Figma, GraphQL, and AWS. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Collaborating with product designers and stakeholders to build user-friendly, high-quality, and modular components.
• Managing content integrations across various CMS platforms to ensure seamless application delivery.
• Communicating technical feasibility to clients and internal teams while proactively identifying and solving potential roadblocks.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience who possesses a strong technical foundation and a collaborative spirit. You should be highly proficient in JavaScript frameworks and web markup, with a specific background in WordPress development. Beyond your technical skills, we value candidates who are analytical thinkers, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies on the fly. You must be comfortable working independently while also knowing when to ask for guidance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for working effectively with our diverse range of clients and colleagues.
