Software Engineer, Web Infrastructure at Seesaw

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Client Platform team and help us shape the infrastructure that powers our web and mobile applications. What you'll be doing

• You will design and maintain robust web infrastructure components that support our web, iOS, and Android clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• You will lead modernization initiatives, such as migrating legacy frameworks to React, and manage release automation to ensure our platform remains stable and efficient.
• You will build comprehensive observability solutions and localization tools to provide our product teams with actionable insights and ensure a high-quality experience for our international users.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software development and a passion for infrastructure. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience working with a modern web stack, including 2 years specifically in web infrastructure development.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, whether gained through a degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining software at scale, ideally with a track record of shipping applications to millions of users.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies, including at least one SPA framework like React, Angular, or Vue, along with experience using REST APIs or GraphQL.
• A demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and a comfort level working within complex, large-scale systems.
• Experience or interest in areas such as localization, observability, and developer tooling.

What you'll get
