What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a Full Time basis at our office in France. You will play a vital role in our engineering department, focusing on user safety tooling by utilizing technologies like Rust, C++, and Machine Learning. Your work will directly impact how we moderate content and maintain a healthy platform.
- Design and implement robust, highly scalable trust and safety platforms that include efficient data tracking pipelines.
- Develop intelligent, automated workflows that streamline complex decision-making processes for our safety operations.
- Build and maintain essential APIs and integrations to ensure our safety services remain reliable and performant as our user base expands.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who holds a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. You should have at least five years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong command of algorithms, data structures, and systems programming in Rust or C++. We value candidates who are passionate about content moderation and user safety, and you must be comfortable communicating effectively in English. While prior experience with trust and safety tools or regulatory compliance is a plus, we are most interested in your ability to learn quickly and your dedication to building user-friendly, high-impact systems.
