The opportunity

In this role, you will become a core contributor to our blockchain platform. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the high-performance systems that drive our network. This is a chance to work on complex challenges involving large-scale transaction processing and platform security. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and security teams to ensure our infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and reliable as we scale.

A day in the life

• You will design and implement high-performance systems using Rust to power our core blockchain infrastructure.
• You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring the integrity of our platform through rigorous unit and integration testing.
• You will engage in active code reviews and technical discussions, helping the team stay at the cutting edge of blockchain developments and Rust best practices.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who thrives in remote, distributed environments and has experience working within fast-paced scale-ups. You communicate effectively in English and are comfortable collaborating across different time zones. Your background includes:

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to Rust.
• A deep grasp of computer science fundamentals, including complex algorithms, data structures, and concurrency.
• A strong understanding of blockchain concepts, such as cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
• The ability to design and maintain high-performance, large-scale systems.
