What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our team on a Full Time basis. This role is based in the United States and operates in a Hybrid work environment. You will be instrumental in designing and maintaining the core of our platform while working closely with our customers to deliver high-quality solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, and shipping foundational components of our identity platform.
• Developing innovative solutions that actively fight fraud and provide a delightful experience for our users.
• Collaborating directly with customers to build and refine product features that meet their specific needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a product-thinker who balances technical complexity with user value. You should be an independent, innovative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and understands that progress is often better than perfection. While we value a growth mindset, having at least two years of professional software engineering experience is preferred. Proficiency with our core technology stack, including React, Ruby on Rails, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, MySQL, and MongoDB, will set you up for success in this role.

What we offer

The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $220,000, which is complemented by competitive equity packages.
