Role at a glance

We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our EVC Platform team. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will focus on the product-level platform that powers our connectivity layer, ensuring that our integrations with chargers and vehicles remain reliable, efficient, and scalable as we grow.

Your impact

• Build and maintain high-quality API integrations with OEMs and energy partners to ensure seamless performance.
• Enhance the reliability of our connectivity platform by improving observability, reducing incidents, and strengthening our core systems.
• Develop internal tools and automations to streamline how we monitor, test, and triage our integration layer.

What you'll need

• Proven experience writing maintainable, testable backend code, ideally within an environment focused on APIs or complex integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, along with comfort working in distributed systems.
• A systematic approach to debugging and a genuine interest in improving system observability.
• Familiarity with our core stack, including Node, React, AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English.
