Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a specialist in Machine Learning. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will be one of our first dedicated ML engineers, giving you the chance to shape our technical roadmap and integrate advanced AI into the products our users love.

Your impact

• Propose and prioritize innovative ways to use machine learning to improve the financial lives of our members.
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with new ideas to test their feasibility and real-world impact.
• Own the end-to-end process of training, tuning, and deploying production-ready ML models.

What you'll need

We value intellect and passion just as much as formal experience. To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong technical background and a collaborative spirit.

• Deep familiarity with Generative AI, including RAG and agentic models, alongside modern evaluation techniques.
• Solid experience with classic NLP methods, such as BERT, Word2Vec, and various embedding strategies.
• A sharp product sense and the ability to communicate effectively while handling sensitive, large-scale data.
• Fluency in English to collaborate with our global team.
