Software Engineer iOS at Sunshine

We are currently scaling our first product, Sunshine Contacts, and we are looking for a talented Senior iOS Software Engineer to help us expand our horizons. What you'll be doing

• You will take the lead on prototyping end-to-end iOS applications, often working with minimal formal direction to bring new concepts to life.
• You will play a vital role in our product strategy, using your technical expertise to shape our roadmap and define how our apps function.
• You will collaborate closely with our team to experiment with new features and implement high-quality code that serves our growing user base.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for consumer-facing products. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of full-time experience working specifically in iOS development.
• A deep understanding of object-oriented programming and a solid grasp of various architectural and design patterns.
• Proven ability to work through ambiguity and a talent for rapid prototyping.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to contribute to both technical and product-level strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to dive into development tasks immediately.
