Our Internal Tooling Team is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join us on-site in Canada. You will play a vital role in building the infrastructure that drives our productivity, supporting everything from complex live operations to fraud investigation and community-led initiatives. We have an ambitious roadmap ahead, and your technical contributions will be essential as we continue to scale our impact.
Key outcomes
- Design and rapidly prototype internal tools that serve a wide range of operational functions across the company.
- Take full ownership of features from the initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring you have a direct influence on our technical direction.

Requirements
- Professional experience with modern web development stacks, specifically including Golang, JavaScript, and SQL.
- A strong sense of curiosity and the ability to gain proficiency in new systems or languages quickly.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize high-impact tasks, and adapt to changing requirements on the fly.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and a willingness to experiment, learn from failures, and try new approaches.
- A product-minded perspective that keeps the end user in mind, combined with the confidence to suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and teams.
- Fluency in English.
