Software Engineer III at Nextech Systems

What is this role?

We are looking for a Software Engineer III to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team, focusing on designing and developing high-quality software while utilizing your technical expertise to solve complex problems.

What will you do?

• Develop software within a SCRUM environment using C#, SQL, and Angular.
• Champion development best practices, including conducting thorough code reviews, writing unit tests, and implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with your fellow engineers, scrum masters, and product owners to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should be a versatile developer who enjoys working across the full stack. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• At least 7 years of professional industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Angular, and SQL, including at least 3 years of experience writing advanced queries in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of C++.
• Experience building scalable micro-service back ends and a track record of delivering products to market.
• A commitment to writing clean, testable code and a desire to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
