About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer III to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position where you will have a significant impact on our engineering-led organization, from the initial conceptualization of a product to its final implementation. You will be instrumental in promoting technical excellence and helping us grow our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor junior engineers and designers while ensuring we deliver high-quality, stakeholder-focused experiences.
- Champion software craftsmanship by prioritizing thorough testing, detailed code reviews, clear documentation, and system scalability.
- Take ownership of long-term design decisions, carefully balancing the need for rapid business growth with the management of technical debt.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional expertise working with modern JavaScript stacks like React, TypeScript, and Node, or experience with a functional programming language.
- A deep understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and the ability to contribute across a full web stack.
- Proven experience architecting complex, large-scale solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- A curious, self-motivated mindset with an empathetic approach to solving technical challenges.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
