What you bring

We are searching for a mid-level Software Engineer III to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. You will work on-site in the United States, helping us scale our team from three to ten engineers over the coming year. We need someone who is reliable, capable of big-picture thinking, and experienced in building scalable infrastructure from the ground up.

• Design and implement robust software solutions within our engineering department.

• Maintain and improve our high-velocity development environment to support our rapid growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of professional software engineering experience. We value candidates who hold a degree from a leading academic institution, though equivalent experience is also welcome. You must be proficient in Python and Kubernetes, as these are central to our backend operations. Our tech stack also utilizes GCP, Redis, Flutter, and Dart, so familiarity with these tools is a significant advantage. We are looking for individuals who are committed to continuous learning and are comfortable taking ownership of their work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, and we are happy to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
