What is this role?
We are seeking a Software Engineer II, Android to join our Rider Experience team in Germany. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position designed for a mid-level professional. In this role, you will be at the heart of our service, ensuring that users can easily find, navigate, and park our vehicles while adhering to local regulations.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and designers to build and refine our Tier and Dott Android applications throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards for app stability and scalability by implementing clean architecture and industry-leading development practices.
- Manage the release process for the Play Store, monitor production health, debug technical issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders to keep our services running smoothly.

- At least 3 years of experience developing B2C Android applications at scale.
- Fluency in Kotlin and a deep understanding of modern Android development best practices.
- A user-centric mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems independently.
- Strong communication skills in English to work effectively within our international team.
