Key outcomes

• Design, develop, and document software enhancements for our core product line.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Translate complex requirements into functional software solutions.
• Write detailed functional specifications and project planning documentation.
• Provide accurate project deadline estimates and manage competing priorities.
• Implement code changes using Angular, C#, and SQL.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to ensure high software quality.
• Lead and coordinate project tasks while maintaining clear communication across the organization.
• Architect solutions for complex systems and support the Technical Services team with data conversions and integrations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of professional industry experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and writing advanced queries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .NET, and MSDN.
• Experience with Angular, AngularJS, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a creative and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• High attention to detail and a genuine passion for software excellence.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using Git for source control.
• Prior knowledge of medical systems and clinical processes.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and machine learning frameworks.
• A strong interest in AI development, including familiarity with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and iterative, data-first R&D principles.
