We are looking for a Software Engineer I to join our team, where you will build scalable, high-performance systems while learning from experienced mentors in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of your code, including writing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining services in production.
Build and ship features that align with team goals while sharpening your technical expertise.
Gain hands-on experience debugging issues across both local and production environments.
Contribute to documentation and support your team during incidents to learn from real-world challenges.
Collaborate closely with teammates by sharing ideas, asking questions, and embracing feedback.
Integrate AI into workflows to build smarter systems and improve efficiency from the ground up.

Must-haves

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
Graduating in December 2025 or May/June 2026.
Two previous high-impact internship or co-op roles involving production-level code.
Proficiency or familiarity with technologies such as Python, Django, TypeScript, React, MySQL, Cassandra, Clickhouse, Kafka, Redis, and Amazon Web Services.
Strong adaptability and a hunger to learn, including a willingness to experiment with AI tools.
Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively.
Fluency in English.

Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $156,000 USD. In addition to base pay, our total compensation package may include:
