About the Role
We are hiring a Software Engineer Golang to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role where you will play a vital part in designing and optimizing the backend systems that power our core services. You will work in an on-site environment, collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure our software remains scalable, secure, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend applications and microservices using Go.
- Develop high-performance RESTful or gRPC APIs that integrate seamlessly with our databases and third-party systems.
- Leverage concurrency patterns, including goroutines and channels, to ensure our services maintain high throughput and low latency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 6 years of professional experience in backend development. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the following areas:
- Strong proficiency in Golang and idiomatic code practices.
- Experience with database design and optimization, including work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- A solid grasp of API design, system architecture, and distributed workflows.
- The ability to write thorough unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality.
- Fluency in English to facilitate effective communication across our engineering and product teams.
Location
This position is based in Bangladesh and requires an on-site presence.
