Role at a glance
This is a full-time position for a Senior Software Engineer. We are looking for someone with at least five years of professional experience who is comfortable working in a remote environment. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence while staying connected to our broader team goals.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of large segments of our existing codebase, ensuring it remains clean, efficient, and well-maintained.
- Mentor junior software engineers to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to our projects.
- Improve the reliability of our systems by implementing comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and advanced logging and alerting mechanisms.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- A proven ability to break down complex requirements into actionable, testable solutions.
- Fluency in Spanish to ensure clear communication with our team and stakeholders.
- Experience working across the full stack, including a solid understanding of infrastructure and system architecture.
- A proactive mindset toward validating assumptions and interacting with users to refine project requirements.
