The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our product from initial concept to final release. You will work within a high-quality, performance-driven environment where we prioritize craftsmanship and user experience. By leveraging our modern tech stack, which includes TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and ReScript, you will help us build the infrastructure that powers the future of HR technology.

A day in the life

• You will build end-to-end features, address technical challenges, and improve our underlying infrastructure to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
• You will contribute to our technical architecture planning and expand our marketplace of third-party integrations.
• You will work across the stack, writing backend code in Node.js, Postgres, and Redis, while developing frontend interfaces using ReScript and React.js.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with several years of experience in full-stack web development, ideally within a SaaS environment. You possess a deep understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript, and you have a genuine appreciation for the languages you use. You value digital product craftsmanship and have a proven track record of delivering tangible value to users. Furthermore, you are comfortable collaborating directly with product teams and designers, and you communicate fluently in English.
