We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Loan Origination team, where you will help build the tools that power our core business and improve the experience for our agents.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails 7.1, Turbo, and Stimulus.
Drive technical excellence by enforcing high coding standards and leading thorough code reviews.
Integrate our platform with contact center technologies to automate customer communications via email, SMS, and dialing.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners within our Scrum process to understand agent needs and deliver features sprint by sprint.
Ensure the reliability and performance of our systems by troubleshooting and resolving production incidents.

Must-haves

Proven experience maintaining and improving medium to large-scale Ruby on Rails applications.
A deep, full-stack understanding of production systems, ranging from HTML and CSS to databases, REST APIs, and containerized environments.
A collaborative mindset with a track record of supporting team members to achieve shared goals.
Experience operating software in production environments and managing the full lifecycle of feature deployment.
Strong communication skills in English and a commitment to continuous learning.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $185,000 per year.
