Role at a glance

We are searching for a Junior Software Engineer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in India where you will play a key part in designing and implementing the integrations that power our global logistics network.

Your impact

• You will build and maintain both the frontend and backend components of our applications to ensure they remain scalable and up-to-date.
• You will actively contribute to the development of new features while troubleshooting and resolving bugs in our existing systems.
• You will design customer-oriented solutions and develop robust API interfaces for both internal and external use within a cross-functional team.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a pragmatic, independent thinker who thrives in an agile environment. We are looking for someone who keeps the big picture in mind while maintaining a focus on project goals.

• At least 1 year of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Web Development, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with backend development using Python or Java, including REST API implementation.
• Familiarity with Postgres as a database and experience with web frameworks like Django.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of AWS or GCP, or experience working in an offshore environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
