What you'll be doing
- You will develop and deploy robust data processing libraries that integrate seamlessly into our ETL pipelines, focusing on creating abstracted behaviors that make pipeline maintenance easier for our internal teams.
- You will partner closely with our product teams to translate complex business logic into functional data pipelines that meet the specific needs of our clients.
- You will maintain high standards of quality by performing rigorous code reviews, implementing performance optimizations, and documenting all services to ensure long-term reliability.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and a deep interest in data management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python, along with hands-on experience using data manipulation libraries like PySpark and Pandas.
- Proven experience working with ETL tools such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to derive actionable insights from performance data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to document processes clearly and collaborate effectively with both product teams and senior engineers.
