We are looking for talented individuals to join our remote-first team as we scale our impact and continue shipping innovative solutions like our AI Data Engineer.

What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis to help us evolve our data and AI infrastructure. You will work remotely from anywhere in the world, utilizing your expertise in data pipelines, experimentation, and AI integration to drive our platform forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Taking full ownership of complex technical problems from the initial design phase through to production deployment.
• Solving significant infrastructure challenges related to petabyte-scale data, near real-time processing, and high system reliability.
• Engaging directly with our merchant users to identify edge cases and understand failure modes to improve our product.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong background in engineering, data architecture, and AI systems. Proficiency in English is required for effective collaboration within our team. We value individuals who are comfortable working with tools like Snowflake, Shopify, and Claude. You should be a self-starter who is comfortable with high levels of autonomy and possesses a mindset geared toward rapid prototyping and system hardening. We look for candidates who demonstrate customer obsession, a drive to own their metrics, and the ability to maintain high standards while moving with speed.
