About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer - Backend to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to grow their skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will work on complex, high-scale systems while collaborating with a team of experienced entrepreneurs and global industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust software modules that prioritize performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders, helping to craft creative technical solutions for our customers.
• Take full ownership of features and modules, including exploring new technologies and handling customer escalations as they arise.

Requirements

• Between 0 and 1 years of experience in building and deploying high-scale software solutions.
• Expert coding proficiency in Java, Scala, or Go.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with REST web frameworks, NoSQL databases, and caching technologies.
• Practical knowledge of queueing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and the Big Data stack, such as Apache Spark, is considered a significant advantage.
• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Location

This position is based in India and operates on an on-site work model.
