We are Kloudfuse, a venture-funded startup backed by top Silicon Valley investors. Our company was established by industry veterans Krishna Yadappanavar, Pankaj Thakkar, and Ashish Hanwadikar, who bring deep expertise from their time at SpringPath, Nicira, VMWare, and Cisco. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Cupertino office. Our platform, Kloudfuse AI, utilizes our proprietary HawkEye and BullsEye analytics engines to transform observability data, providing intelligent auto-alerts and noise reduction to streamline troubleshooting for our users.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performance, distributed data pipelines capable of handling massive scale.
- Architect robust, production-grade web systems with a focus on telemetry, performance monitoring, and system reliability.
- Collaborate on complex technical challenges using a polyglot approach, leveraging languages such as Golang, Java, and Python.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Systems Design.
- Hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with column-oriented, distributed data stores such as Apache Pinot.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and identity management systems.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A background in early-stage startups or observability-focused products is highly valued.
What we offer
