Software Engineer Backend Integrations at Supermove

We are looking for a Software Engineer for Backend Integrations to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Supermove, we are transforming the moving industry by introducing modern software to a sector that has been largely untouched by technology. Our mission is to provide businesses with the speed and revenue growth they need to improve the moving experience for everyone. We are a team of 40, including alumni from companies like Pinterest, Asana, Facebook, and Google, and we have already doubled our revenue in the past year. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems capable of supporting millions of users.
• Manage complex integrations with third-party platforms, including payment processors, accounting software, and CRMs.
• Optimize our GraphQL backend to ensure high performance, allowing our customers to complete their tasks with maximum efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Two to five years of professional experience at a product-driven technology company, with preference given to those who have spent one to two years in an early-stage startup environment.
• Proficiency in Python and Flask, along with experience working with GraphQL and PostgreSQL.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services, specifically ECS, Lambdas, and DynamoDB.
• A solid understanding of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• A curious, empathetic approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace the rapid pace of change inherent in a startup.

What we offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $90,000 USD to $170,000 USD, depending on your level and experience. In addition to compensation, we offer the following benefits:
