Following our $185M Series C funding, we are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our Worker Experience team and help us continue to scale our impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle, from initial planning and architecture to development and ongoing maintenance.
- Design, build, and test new features while ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers within an agile squad to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Review code and provide technical guidance to your peers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Improve our core technology stack and architecture to support our rapid growth.
- Communicate project scope, planning, and progress clearly to leadership.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven background in product-oriented software development.
- Strong technical expertise in TypeScript, cloud-first solutions, and system architecture.
- The ability to work autonomously and make confident decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in French is highly regarded.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in B2B SaaS startup environments.
- Familiarity with AWS, MongoDB, and micro-services.
- Knowledge of event-driven or serverless architectures and high-volume systems.
- Experience with web security best practices and Agile methodologies.

The salary range for this position is $156,000 to $225,000 USD.
