The role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Application Platform team. This is a full-time, hybrid position open to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will focus on building the internal platforms that empower our developers to ship code faster and focus on business logic. You will play a vital role in refining our architecture and operational tools to ensure our global services remain stable and efficient.

Core responsibilities

• Improve our server operations and architecture to ensure the long-term stability of our global services.
• Develop internal tools and streamline deployment processes to make it easier for engineers to ship features frequently.
• Analyze developer workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement meaningful improvements to the overall development experience.
• Research and integrate new technologies and tools that enhance the efficiency and performance of our platform.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in backend engineering and a passion for platform development. We value candidates who possess the following:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in backend engineering or equivalent expertise.
• The ability to read, understand, and modify code across various languages and libraries.
• A deep, comprehensive understanding of both infrastructure and application-level systems.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, ArgoCD, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Prometheus.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep sense of responsibility toward team success.
• Fluency in English and Korean.
