About the Role

We are hiring a Software Development Team Leader on a full-time basis. In this position you will direct a talented group of developers, shape technical direction, and deliver scalable solutions that support complex, data-driven applications for our prestigious clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of sophisticated software projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality code practices across the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical plans and maintain reliable, well-performing applications.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with substantial experience in both technical and team leadership roles.
• At least six years of professional web development experience, with strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and a preference for PHP.
• Advanced skills in SQL and database administration, preferably with MySQL, plus solid experience using version control systems such as SVN or Git.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery, along with proven ability to communicate effectively and drive projects to successful completion in a collaborative setting.
