About the Role

We are hiring a Software Development Team Leader on a full-time basis. In this position you will direct a talented group of developers, shape technical direction, and deliver scalable solutions that support complex, data-driven applications for our prestigious clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and delivery of sophisticated software projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
Mentor and guide developers, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality code practices across the team.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical plans and maintain reliable, well-performing applications.

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with substantial experience in both technical and team leadership roles.
At least six years of professional web development experience, with strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and a preference for PHP.
Advanced skills in SQL and database administration, preferably with MySQL, plus solid experience using version control systems such as SVN or Git.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery, along with proven ability to communicate effectively and drive projects to successful completion in a collaborative setting.

Location

This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
