The opportunity

As a Software Development Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership role where you can influence our product direction, technical architecture, and team culture. You will be responsible for spearheading the development of innovative new products, applying your technical expertise to build secure, polished solutions that meet our customers' needs. A day in the life

• You will manage a team of 4 to 10 software engineers, providing them with clear technical direction, removing roadblocks, and actively supporting their career development.
• You will drive our technical strategy by conducting architectural reviews, code reviews, and post-mortems while ensuring our software development processes remain robust and secure.
• You will collaborate across departments with product, design, and compliance teams to bring new ideas to life, all while maintaining high standards for observability and platform reliability.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who brings a blend of technical depth and leadership experience to our team. You should be comfortable communicating in English and possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering team leadership and 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Experience designing and architecting systems, including a solid understanding of reliability and scaling.
• Proven experience working with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud environments.
• A demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
