About the Role
We are searching for a Software Development Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our engineering department. We are focused on building a world-class environment where technical excellence and a healthy, sustainable culture go hand in hand. You will work alongside our product and business teams to guide our technical strategy and ensure we deliver high-quality, scalable software that our customers truly value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our engineering teams to maintain a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business objectives into clear technical strategies and ensure consistent delivery.
- Champion engineering best practices, including Test Driven Development, rigorous code reviews, and efficient Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in both leadership and technical execution. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a software development management role, specifically leading engineering teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and inspire others.
- Experience with scalable system architecture and a deep understanding of modern software development practices.
Location
This position is based in Egypt and requires an on-site presence.
