The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key player in innovating our new services, taking full ownership of your code from the initial design phase all the way through to final development. You will work alongside senior technical leaders to build robust, enterprise-grade solutions. Because we operate in a remote environment, you will have the flexibility to contribute from anywhere while collaborating with a geographically dispersed team.

A day in the life

• You will design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and various force.com APIs to meet unique business requirements.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS Connect and leverage Service Cloud to build high-performing call center implementations.
• You will manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring that all projects adhere to high-quality standards while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you should be a self-motivated professional with a strong technical background and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you are comfortable working independently.

Our ideal candidate brings the following:

• A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• U.S. citizenship and the eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce development, including declarative tools like Flows and process builders, as well as programmatic development with Apex and Lightning.
• Practical experience implementing AWS Connect and working with Service Cloud, Service Console, and Case Management.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Bonus points if you have experience with federal government contracts, MuleSoft, or modern development tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
