About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Software Development Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is perfect for an early-career engineer who is eager to build scalable backend solutions. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create high-quality, responsive systems that help our users succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly backend solutions while participating in every phase of the software development lifecycle.
- Review, maintain, and enhance our existing backend codebase to ensure optimal performance and usability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and provide technical insights during brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend technologies. We value candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our fast-paced environment. Your technical toolkit should include the following:
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- Experience using Git for version control and effective team collaboration.
- Familiarity with backend testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of our code.
- A solid understanding of B2B SaaS challenges, specifically regarding scalability and enterprise system integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex backend issues.
Location
This position is based on-site in India.
