We are looking for a talented Software Development Engineer II to join our team in Mumbai or Bangalore and help us build the next generation of our mobile ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
- Design and build advanced mobile features while creating custom user interfaces that provide a seamless experience.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to define, develop, and ship new functionality for our platform.
- Optimize our applications for speed, memory usage, network efficiency, and battery performance to ensure a stable and secure experience for our users.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Between 3 and 6 years of professional experience in Android Development.
- Fluency in Java and Kotlin, with a strong ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A comprehensive understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including testing, publishing, and DevOps practices.
- Solid knowledge of networks and distributed systems, along with experience using Android frameworks and third-party APIs.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for balancing technical logic with exceptional user experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Bonus points if you have experience with iOS development, Flutter, or React Native, or if you have an active presence on GitHub or StackOverflow.
