The opportunity

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer I to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is perfect for a junior developer with one to three years of experience who is eager to take ownership of product features. You will be a vital part of our engineering team, helping us build scalable and secure solutions that redefine how organizations manage cyber risk. A day in the life

• You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that directly contributes to the evolution of our platform.
• You will participate in architectural discussions and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure we maintain high standards of quality and performance.
• You will work with AWS services and containerized environments to deploy robust cloud-based solutions while collaborating with product managers and designers to meet business goals.

Who you are

You are a motivated engineer with a degree in Computer Science or a related field. You have a strong command of English and a solid foundation in server-side development. Your background includes the following:

• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Experience with TypeScript and frameworks like Express for API development.
• A good understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, specifically AWS, and experience with DevOps practices or infrastructure as code like CloudFormation.
• Bonus points if you have worked with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• A proven ability to solve complex problems and a drive to take end-to-end ownership of your projects.
