What is this role?
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer I to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates who are eager to contribute to our products and innovation. Depending on your manager's designation, this role may be hybrid or fully remote within the United States, allowing you to work in a way that best supports your productivity and collaboration.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, backend services, and big data pipelines to support our Customer Signals Platform.
- Design and optimize scalable platforms by leveraging public cloud infrastructure and cutting-edge AI technologies.
- Implement robust DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code to ensure system reliability.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are curious, analytical, and ready to solve complex business problems. Key requirements include:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- A solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A demonstrated ability to own projects from start to finish.
- Familiarity with cloud services, microservices, or database technologies is a plus.
