We are currently seeking a Software Development Engineer 3 to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis.

Key outcomes

• Design, architect, and implement robust full-stack solutions that are both scalable and secure.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from initial ideation through to final deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers and designers, to ensure project alignment.
• Review, maintain, and refactor our existing codebase to optimize performance and ensure long-term scalability.
• Take ownership of troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge to foster team growth and high code quality.
• Contribute technical expertise during team brainstorming sessions and planning meetings.

Requirements

• You have 4 to 6 years of professional software development experience, with a primary focus on NodeJS.
• You possess a strong background in full-stack development and software architecture.
• You are proficient in communicating and collaborating with both front-end and back-end engineering teams.
• You are committed to driving code quality and staying current with the latest industry methodologies.
• You are fluent in English and ready to work in an on-site environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Familiarity with the specific demands of B2B SaaS, including multi-tenancy and enterprise system integrations.
• Proven experience working within multi-cloud environments, specifically AWS or Heroku.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related deployment tools.
