What you bring

We are hiring a Junior Software Developer for a Full Time, on-site position in the United States. You will join a cross-functional group of developers, designers, quality analysts, and product owners to turn ideas into working features. Your daily work will include developing new capabilities, resolving issues, supporting quality assurance efforts, and exploring tools that help us improve how we build software. The technologies we use include .NET, C#, Flutter, Dart, and SQL Server, along with supporting systems such as Redis, Hangfire, Azure, IdentityServer, and Sass.

• Collaborate daily with teammates to move projects from initial concept through testing and release.
• Diagnose and repair bugs, optimize performance, and keep documentation clear and useful.
• Write clean, maintainable code while staying curious and open to learning new approaches.

This role is located in the Omaha-metro area.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least one year of professional software development experience and a solid foundation in object-oriented programming, SQL databases, and core web technologies such as JavaScript and HTML. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly in English, and producing thorough documentation. Strong attention to detail, good organizational habits, and a genuine interest in troubleshooting are important. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and must be based in the Omaha-metro area.
