What is this role?

We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. In this role, you will partner with a market-leading client that specializes in managed technology services for global enterprises. You will be instrumental in building solutions that help these organizations optimize their cellular costs and manage their mobile device inventories more effectively.

What will you do?

• Design and build new applications that deliver tangible value to our clients by writing clean, high-performance, and maintainable code.
• Develop and support a variety of software components, including database integrations, user interfaces, and new feature enhancements.
• Analyze existing program logic to troubleshoot malfunctions, improve operational efficiency, and resolve complex technical problems.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English. We are looking for someone who brings the following expertise:

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, supported by a degree in Computer Science or equivalent work history.
• Strong technical proficiency in Ruby on Rails for backend development and delivering content from SQL databases.
• Expertise in crafting front-end user experiences using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• A solid grasp of SQL joins and the ability to write high-quality code that automates business processes.
