As a leader in the industry, we specialize in providing robust cloud solutions, and we are looking for a talented Senior Software Developer to help us build and maintain the automated systems that power our global infrastructure. What you'll be doing
- You will design, develop, and implement automated solutions that enhance the performance, reliability, and capabilities of our internal and customer-facing platforms.
- You will take ownership of complex automation projects, including building tools for server deployment, diagnostics, and remediation to ensure seamless service restoration.
- You will act as a mentor to junior team members and collaborate across business units to share knowledge, review code, and contribute to the evolution of our product offerings.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a deep understanding of cloud technologies. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five to seven years of technical engineering experience, with at least three years specifically focused on automation for server deployment and diagnostics.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript within a Linux environment.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Ansible, and Terraform.
- A solid grasp of Git and version control workflows, as well as Agile methodologies.
- A deep understanding of Network fundamentals, including DNS, SMTP, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
